From a Backyard Grill to Katy's Boldest Wing Kitchen
Wing Snob started in 2018 not as a business, but as a personal quest. Our founder Marcus Webb had one mission: to make wings so good that every other wing you'd ever tasted would feel like a disappointment. Friends begged him to open up. Neighbors started showing up on weekends. Word spread fast.
By 2020, Wing Snob had secured its first commercial kitchen at 3902 N Fry Rd in Katy, TX. What began as a passion project became a community staple — a place where wing snob standards meant nothing got passed to the customer unless it earned every bite.

Marcus Webb starts experimenting with wing recipes at home. Weekend cookouts become neighborhood events as word spreads about his sauces. The wing snob obsession is born.
Pop-Up Success
Wing Snob launches its first pop-up at local Katy events and farmers markets. Lines stretch around the block. Demand pushes us to think bigger — and find a real kitchen.
First Commercial Kitchen
Wing Snob secures its first commercial kitchen at 3902 N Fry Rd, Katy, TX. Delivery and takeout launch officially. Despite a tough year nationally, Wing Snob serves thousands of orders.
Catering Takes Off
Wing Snob Catering officially launches. Corporate events, birthday parties, and game-day gatherings across the Houston area discover that wingsnob wings make every event better.
Menu Expansion
We introduce 12 signature sauces, add tenders, loaded fries, and craft sides to the menu. The full Wing Snob experience takes shape — bold, diverse, and unmistakably us.
Franchise Vision
Wing Snob begins developing its franchise program to bring the wingsnob experience to more cities across Texas and beyond. The bold flavors of Katy are ready to go nationwide.
